TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEXCELERATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR OPPORTUNITIES.
